Adeline T. (McCormick) Chappell, 89 of Fuller Street died Tuesday at the West Shore Health Center. She was the wife of the late William S. Chappell. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Matthew and Adeline (Livingston) McCormick. Surviving are two daughters; Carole and her husband Peter Skeffington of Riverside and Pat Valletta of Warwick. Five grandchildren and six great grandchildren and one sister Mary Mancini of North Providence. Mrs. Chappell was the grandmother of the late Kathy Ayers and sister of the late Matthew and Daniel McCormick and Rita Chappell. A Prayer Service to which relatives and friends are invited to attend will be held Saturday at 11:00 am with visitation to follow until 1:00pm at the CHEETHAM MORTUARY 1012 Newport Avenue Pawtucket.
