Virginia M. (McGovern) Dorr, September 29 2009 of Medfield, MA and formerly of Barrington RI. Wife of Philip G. Dorr Jr. Mother of Allison J. Dorr of Canton and Caroline L Dorr of Medfield. Sister of Edward McGovern and Martha Reagan. Daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Gormley) McGovern. Virginia was employed as a CNA for the Circle of Care of MA and an alumnus of Emmanuel College class of 1974. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am Saturday in St Margaret's Church 1098 Pawtucket Ave. Rumford. RI. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery East Providence. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to be made in memory of Virginia to The Samaritans PO Box 9086 Providence RI 02940
